Ready answers to an owner's questions, for any dates and location:

| Branch comparison | Each location's sales, bills, average bill and gross profit side by side. |
| Cashier performance | Sales, bills, hand-typed discounts and voided bills per cashier, with unusual ones flagged. |
| Bought together | Products often on the same bill. Place them side by side or bundle them. |
| Shrinkage | Stock lost through adjustments and stock-count differences, at cost. |
| Dead stock | Stock with no sale for N days, at its last cost. |
| Supplier fill rate | How much of each purchase order arrived, and how late. |
| ABC / XYZ | A = products making 80% of sales value, B the next 15%, C the rest. X = steady weekly demand, Y = variable, Z = erratic. |
Scheduled reports: in the Send on a schedule card choose the report, daily (today's figures), weekly (the last 7 days, on a weekday) or monthly (last month, on a day of the month), the time, and the email addresses and/or WhatsApp numbers, then click Add. Each schedule can also be sent straight away to try it.
Ask AI
Ask about your business in plain words, e.g. "What were my top 10 products last month?", "Which customers owe me the most?", "How did Branch 2 do this week compared to Main?", "What is running low?" The assistant looks up your own figures (sales, profit, stock, dues, expenses, cash and bank, a customer's history, the Insights reports) and answers with the numbers. Follow-up questions keep the context.
- It only sees what your role can see: a cashier without profit reports doesn't get profit figures, and a user limited to one branch only gets that branch.
- It can't change anything.
- Your question and the summary figures needed to answer it are sent to OpenAI to write the answer. Passwords and card details never are.
If an answer looks off, ask "which dates did you use?" The assistant works out periods like "last month" itself, so check it understood you.
Consolidated P&L
Profit and loss of every branch side by side, with the business total: net sales, cost of goods, gross profit, expenses, other income and costs, net profit and net margin. Not by branch shows what's in the total but not kept by branch, e.g. income or expenses posted straight to the ledger.
Daily summary to the owner
Every day at the time you choose: sales, returns, money received by method, purchases, expenses, each location, the top 5 products, cheques due and low-stock items, by email and/or WhatsApp. Send today's summary now tries it out.
- "Did we make a profit last month?" Profit / Loss, date range last month: sales minus cost of goods, expenses and stock losses.
- "What should I re-order?" Stock report filtered by location: items below their alert quantity are highlighted. Trending products shows what sells fastest.
- "Who hasn't paid us?" Aging report: customers with dues grouped by 1–30, 31–60 and 60+ days.
