This policy explains how Timetaag Software Pvt Ltd ("ZaleBee", "we") handles personal information collected on zalebee.com (the "site"). The ZaleBee application at app.zalebee.com is covered by the terms of your subscription.

What we collect

  • Information you give us when you start a trial, book a demo, ask for a call back, download a resource, use a free tool, join the newsletter or the referral programme: for example your name, email, phone number, business name, country, business type and message.
  • How you found us: the page you first landed on, the referring website and campaign tags (UTM), and any referral code in the link you followed. We keep these in first-party cookies so we can tell which campaigns and partners bring customers.
  • Usage information: with your consent, analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) measure which pages are visited. You can accept or refuse these in the cookie banner.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, run demos, set up your trial and provide the service you asked for.
  • To send you useful information about ZaleBee where you have asked for it or where the law allows; every email lets you unsubscribe.
  • To credit partners and referrers for the customers they introduce, and to pay referral rewards.
  • To improve the site and measure our marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics and messaging providers), under contracts that require them to protect it, and where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and enquiry information for as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected for, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to marketing at any time by writing to us. Depending on where you live (for example under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have further rights.
