Filing for September
- Your rice has HSN 1006 and 5% GST. Ravi Traders (GSTIN 27…) is in Maharashtra like you, so their invoices show CGST + SGST. A customer in Karnataka gets IGST.
- On 10 October, open GSTR-1, choose September, and hand the B2B, B2C and HSN figures to your accountant, or enter them on the GST portal.
- Later, open GSTR-3B for September to see total tax collected, input tax credit and the net tax to pay.
