Restaurant
Extra tools for cafés and restaurants. Turn them on under Business Settings › Modules.
- Tables: add tables per location. Pick a table when taking an order in the POS.
- Modifiers: add-ons like "extra cheese" or "no onion", optionally priced.
- Types of service: dine-in, takeaway, delivery, each with its own price adjustment if needed.
- Bookings: reserve tables for customers.
- Kitchen: kitchen display showing orders to prepare; mark items as cooked.
- Orders: service staff see the orders assigned to them and mark them served.
A dine-in order
A family sits at Table 5. The waiter, Sunita, opens the POS, selects Table 5, service staff Sunita and service type Dine-in. She adds 2 × Margherita Pizza with modifier Extra cheese (+₹40). The order appears on the Kitchen screen; the cook marks it cooked; Sunita serves it and prints the bill when the family is done.
