Mobile app
The ZaleBee POS app for Android and iOS uses the same account and data as the web.
- Install ZaleBee POS from Google Play or the App Store.
- Sign in with your ZaleBee username and password. Your account owner creates your login under Settings › Users.
- Choose your location. You'll see only what your role allows.
What you can do in the app: dashboard and reports; create invoices and sales returns; take payments; add purchases and purchase returns; stock transfers, stock counts and adjustments; expenses; customers, suppliers and CRM leads, with tap-to-call and WhatsApp.
- Payments: cheque payments (number, bank, cheque date; a later date is post-dated) and payments in an invoice's foreign currency, at today's rate.
- Approvals: managers get a push notification when something waits for them, e.g. a sale below margin, and approve or reject it in the app.
- Van sales: today's route, GPS check-in, orders and collections, even offline.
- Offline: invoices and payments made without internet are kept and sent when the phone is back online.
If the app says an update is required, update it from the store. This keeps it compatible with the latest web version.
Anil visits City Bakers. On his phone he opens their account, sees ₹4,000 due, creates a new invoice for today's order, records ₹4,000 collected by UPI, and adds a follow-up for next week. Back at the office, everything is already in ZaleBee on the web.
