Backup & activity log
Keep your data safe and see who did what.
- Backup (left menu): create and download a backup of your business data. Do this before big changes like a year close or bulk import.
- Activity log (Reports): who added, edited or deleted sales, purchases, payments and other transactions, with the date and what changed.
- Passwords: change yours from the profile menu at top right. Admins can reset staff passwords under Settings › Users.
An invoice that changed after closing time
The owner notices invoice POS-0318 is now ₹1,200 instead of ₹1,500. In the Activity log she sees that user suresh.mgr edited it yesterday at 9:42 PM, with the details before and after the change.
