Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every ZaleBee plan starts with a free trial, so you can try the full product before you pay anything.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can export your data before it ends.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: payments are not refunded for a month already started.
- Yearly plans: if you cancel within 30 days of a yearly payment, write to us and we will refund the unused months, less any discounts received for paying yearly.
- Add-ons, onboarding and migration services already delivered are not refundable.
How to ask
Email support@zalebee.com from your account’s email address with your business name. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
